It’s not often that I take the time to write a testimonial, but I had to let everybody know how pleased I am with Flooring Innovations. Marius came to our house three times prior to even signing the contract, just to answer the various questions we kept on coming up with. He kept on coming back with different samples, different types of finish, stains until we finally decided what we wanted. Once they started the project, their professionalism and craftsmanship was amazing. Every little thing he said will be done, was done. We were so pleased with the quality of the job, we decided to pay him an extra 100 dollars, which he politely refused. Before being a contractor, Marius is a man of his word. If you’re looking for somebody to install your floor, look no more, Flooring Innovations is the company you need.

I first used Marius in 2003 to install the floor in one of the rental properties I own. Since then, I’ve used him many times to install or refinish floors whenever a tenant would move out. In 2004, I had him install the flooring in my home, a beautiful walnut floor with maple border all along the walls which he designed to follow the layout of our home. That floor is still strong and beautiful today, after five years. No squeaks, no cracks, the finish applied by them is still holding up really well. It doesn’t look like it will need to be sanded anytime soon. One thing I would suggest, if you wanna work with Marius trust him. Follow his advice, listen to his suggestions and you will be more than happy with the end result. Unlike other contractors out there, he will not try to make a quick buck on you, he takes pride in what he does and sometimes would rather lose some money than leaving a customer unsatisfied.

Finally! A contractor that delivers on his promises. I had been looking everywhere for a contractor to install the hardwood floor in our home. After meeting with Dan, honestly speaking, I was a little skeptical about the job he was going to do. His offer seemed to be “too good to be true”. Now, after the job was completed, I realize how wrong I was. Flooring Innovations over delivered on their promises. They were always on time, on the budget, very clean and finished the job one day earlier than promised. I will recommend them to everybody I know.

Dan was very patient in explaining the different options we had for installing wood floors in our condo. He worked with our building management, did everything he could to accommodate us, as well as the neighbors… I can’t think of anybody else that could’ve done a better job than him. If you need a flooring contractor, stop looking. Dan will go above and beyond to meet your needs.
